• Missing Aghanim's Scepter Upgrades

Icefrog has said he wants every hero to have an upgrade for possessing a Scepter eventually, hence why they all have voice lines for building it. This thread is for discussing potential [I]balanced[/I] bonuses that each hero could receive. Try and make it slightly more interesting than "duration increases by 5 seconds lol". Bounty Hunter's [B]Track[/B]: now reduces armour (similar to pre-nerf state) and grants the same bounty that BH receives to all nearby allies (so +100 gold each). Ancient Apparition: now applies the full explosion damage to all heroes under the path of the iceball in addition to applying the buff.
Enigma's Black Hole: Now global, time taken to drag heroes to the core reduced by 33% you did say make it more interesting although to be fair you also said make it balanced, which causes quite a dilemma here i'd like to see a lifestealer upgrade to provide bonus gold on bursting from the creep, perhaps accompanied with a further range of casting for quick escapes
Sometimes I just don't see how Scepter could benefit a heroes ultimate in a significant way. Like TA's trap for example. I just don't see how that could benefit it in a significant way to make it worth the money.
Sniper's ultimate is now global and does more damage, but has a higher cooldown (30 seconds).

Drow's scepter(+60/80/100 Agi): The game is over as soon as you buy it!
ta's ultimate, the trap slow's start at 40% and caps at 55%, and it adds 5 more max traps. enigma, adds an extra second of channeling time, reduces cooldown by 30 seconds. bounty hunter, adds +50/+100/+150 base gold, per kill to gondar, and +25/+50/+75 base gold to all allies, wether they were involved or not. sniper, max range is now 4000 units, and cooldown is reduced to 3 seconds. lifesteal, cooldown reduced to 40 seconds, and you can now infest enemies for 10 damage a second for up to 30 seconds, the enemy infested will not recive the damage when you burst out of them but other enemy units will.

Riki: Move faster while invisible Tinker: Reduce mana cost CK: 4 illusions SK: Takes one second to rise again, as well as dealing aoe damage and slowing for 50% in a larger radius Storm Spirit: Halve percentage of mana needed. Sven: 200/250/300% damage increase Ursa: Basic strength bonus 15/30/45
PA: 50% crit chance
I think y'all are kinda missing the one who might stand to become the most broken hero in the game if his ult got an upgrade from Aghanim's. Silencer.

Tiny's improves all his skills, Night Stalker's gives him unobstructed vision, Enchantress gets boosted attack range etc. I could see TA getting even longer range on her Psi Blades or something.

The cleave attack is debatable though. Enchantress, again, probably gets most of that benefit in her ult so it benefits her ult more than everything else. Night stalker is kind of a grey area though since it makes his ult even more horrendous but it applies to night in general, not just darkness.

Enemies now shatter at the end of the duration if the damage is not lethal. [B]Anti-Mage-[/B] increases the damage to 0.9/1.2/1.8, and adds 0.1/0.2/0.3 to the stun duration for every 80 mana the target was missing, up to 2/4/6 seconds. [B]Batrider-[/B] +325 cast range to on Flaming Lasso. [B]Bloodseeker-[/B] Gives +100% damage and slows targets by 50% when they are below half health. [B]Bounty Hunter-[/B] Track does not break Shadow Walk when used. Lowers cooldown to 2.5 seconds. [b]Centaur-[/b] Stampede now stuns units instead of slowing. Okay, half these ideas are awful. I'll write more later.

moonlight shadow now allows mirana (and possibly allies) to cast and maybe even attack without being revealed stone gaze now reapplies the debuff if removed as well as deals a small amount of damage to non-summoned enemies (100/150/200) true form no longer lowers sylla's movespeed and gives bonus damage

life stealer has the ability to infest enemy heroes if he has scepter. shit would be like the thing :v:. [editline]23rd January 2013[/editline] ursa's ulti would swap his main attribute from agility to strength with scepter.
Silencer - NOW HAS A GLOBAL DOOM
Zeus Deals 4200 damage to all enemy players, but destroys the scepter in the process.
Phantom Lancer's could be something simple like decreasing the damage his illusions take, maybe even increasing their duration. :v:

Riki: Fade time to 0.75 and invisibility breaking on attack is delayed by 0.75 seconds
Treant: Gains a stone club with a cleave
Dragon knight: More speed and damage and each form also has the special passive of the previous forms. Green dragon: Damage per sec. (corrosive) Red dragon: AoE and Damage per sec. (burn) Blue dragon: AoE, Damage per sec. (frostbite) and Slow.
