I've been looking playable mods for few days and found this screenshot from Metal Slug Database.

To me it looks like mod to Generals and as a metal slug fan it would be awesome to play it but my search gave no progress, nothing with "metal slug mod to generals" or "Generals mods metal slug". If anyone knows about this can you inform me please?
