I have a brand new disk that has no scratches. I am trying to finish the quest Information at a Price, but each time (have been trying for a week now) I try to zone in, the loading bar will get to 99% and my Xbox will freeze. This does not occur with any other zones. Is it bugged? Any way to get in?
Try to install the game to your HD, if it doesn't install to your HD it's your disc, if it does, It's probably still your disc but the numerous passes of getting data from disc to HD will circumvent the issue when it pops up in-game
I have to install GTA4 to HD or it'll freeze up once going to a location that isn't loaded, but installing to HD solves that issue
