Me and my college roommate play on Uldum, I'm a level 26 Night Elf Druid, and we are looking to get a guild running. Anyone playing there or willing to start a character there that'd be interested in helping us found it?

Sounds like so much fun because your realm doesn't have anyone on it so you need to ask for people to actually make a char on that realm so you can get a guild going.
My advice is: don't make a guild. It is very hard harw to get it going and too keep it fun.
Join a social leveling guild or something similar and when you are higher level with more game experience, try make a guild.
It is harder then it seems to just get 9 signatures and then to make sure guildies don't leave the guild because there is nothing to do.
