I quite like the Slate Coloured one.
The Carbon 1.0 looks nice, but for some reason the Red really makes my eyes uncomfortable.

Okay, allow me to sound stupid, but I didn't even know you could get custom themes to STEAM.
I didn't either... but valve never fails.
The slate colored one looks pure epic.

FRAGhype one looks nice but the download link is just a picture,
Carbon and slate orange are kickass.
Been using slate since it first came out, I love it. To install just extract them to the steam > skins folder, the next time you restart steam it'll be in the options menu for skins.

You get it from the deviantArt page, just look at the links on the left side. There should be a download link.

Finally I can ditch my Insurgency skin... I only liked it for the black-on-white look even though I don't really like Insurgency.
