I have recently bought the orange box and have remembered a total conversion mod that I wanted to play ages ago but did not have Half-Life 2, Unfortunately as the title of this thread suggests I cannot remember the name of said game.
Some of the distinguishing features are as follows:
Set during the era of Muskets and Flintlocks.
Tactical Combat no running and gunning.
Multiplayer only, no singleplayer.
And thats all I can really come up with.

For the rifles that were used its the most effective way, however the servers are pretty stupid how the admins dont let the skirmishers actually do what skirmishers do, but instead they make them stand in the line as well.
