Ive been having this problem where i couldent download wow from the website said i had to close all apps and try agian.
i finally found my wotlk cd and when it was done installing it wont even update.
this problem has benn going for a month and i need my wow, please help wow forums wont even comment :\

Try the folder with the MPQ files in it.

Just dump them in your WoW root folder and run them in the correct order.
actually, they are all installers iirc
then you can just run them out of the box without placing them anywhere
I got my WoW folder settled directly in C:
[editline]10:01AM[/editline]
C:/World of Warcraft
[editline]10:03AM[/editline]
An issue I've had with the patches and updates and stuff have been fixed by simply open WoW from the launcher located in the WoW folder on 'my computer'.
That one that skip the News Server shit, that open the session right away.
