I think it's just valve trolling the 360 players...the video title mentions a "finale5", wich is a .bik file
I'm working now, but I don't remember seeing a portal 2 preload file named finale5, just finale4, and is a .bsp file (map).
This is just a troll, a very nice way to protect the consumers from the expected leak
