I noticed a lack of any Darksiders stuff on the General Discussion thread so i thought i'd make a megathread about Darksiders 2 and anything Darksiders! [I][U][B]What is Darksiders 2?:[/B][/U][/I] Darksiders II is an upcoming action adventure video game published by THQ. It is the sequel to Darksiders and is expected to be released in August 2012 for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Microsoft Windows, and Wii U. [B][I][U]What is Darksiders 2 about?:[/U][/I][/B] Darksiders 2 starts at nearly the same time as the start of the first Darksiders. After War is convicted and sent back to Earth by the Charred Council, they inform the other three Horseman of his fate. The Horseman Death, knowing that his brother War is the most honorable and incorruptible of the four and would never have started the Apocalypse early, flies into a rage. Holding true to his belief that his brother has become a victim of a conspiracy, Death defies the Council's orders and sets out on a personal mission to find proof of his brother's innocence. Death travels to the Nether Realms, a place between Heaven and Hell, to call in favors from powerful beings that rule the realm. Death soon thinks the only way he can prove his brother's innocence is to resurrect the human race. Still debating whether or not I should pre-order this. I mean it looks good but I'm afraid it's gonna suck.

I kind of want to know if the PC version will be good before I buy this.

The first Darksiders was very solid, and this one just looks better in every aspect, especially the combat.

Looks pretty good, but does anybody know what the story is? Never saw them introduce it anywhere, and imo it'll need a good story like the first Darksiders to top it all off.

Got the game preordered. Heading to the midnight release tomorrow. The first game was fantastic and this looks to have improved on it in every way.

On the upside, that gave me time to pre-order after reading some reviews and watching fresh gameplay footage.

I still haven't played the first so i'm not going to get Darksiders 2 yet, but i really hope this game does well. I don't want THQ to disappear.

So who here bought it from THQ? I'd like to know if anyone has received their CD-KEY yet.

Darksiders 2 is cool but it feels more like a puzzle game then a hack'n'slash It even has go collect 3 hearts from different chambers to do this and do that and then defeat a boss

Played for like an hour so far, i feel i gonna like this game.
