i met this guy on xbl multiplayer and it was clearly he was modding; he went like from 0 to 100 mph in a second and he had a uzi rocketlauncher. when i said i was going to file a complaint on him he said that it was going to "rebound" and it would file a complaint on me. what do i do? his gamertag is
