I'm looking for this game I played a long while ago. I don't remember the title of it and I don't have access to the game any longer, but I do remember the gameplay, story, etc. I only played a time demo of it on the PS2.

You're a boy. There's a public party in your village. There's a dark ritual in a castle somewhere. A lot of servants dance to music.
There's two evil men. One fat and one tall & slim. They summon a giant, fat genie. The genie tries to destroy the village, but somehow all the villages are flown away in bubbles.
You wake up, have to find your friends & buildings in caves to restore your village.

You go into caves, use sword to fight different kind of monsters, find items & bubbles with buildings/characters in them, build the village, ??
That's all I can pull out of my head. It's a old game, but it's definitely nostalgia to me.

Dark cloud was the shit. The first time you fight that skeleton boss(?) I didn't know it required reaction commands and it lobbed my head off :(.
Also called Dark Chronicle. I think it's an awesome game ^
