"valve complete pack" worth buying? - Games

I have a steam account, but i have no games on it. Is the valve complete pack worth buying, or should i buy like the orange box + garrys mod?

I will give you portal add me and if you want gmod you should buy CSS so you can actually play gmod multiplayer

It depends. In terms of pure value, it is completely worth it. You get both left 4 dead games, the entire half life series, and TF2 + Portal for $80, not to mention the other few games that come along with it. Of course you might as well wait a while to get it, they're probably going to add Portal 2 into the mix soon.

So portal to will be added to the pack? Awesome! I was thinking of buying it for the ps3 for about the same price as the valve pack! :O But will the pack cost more when they add portal 2?

50/50 if you have no games you want to put something on your account. In my opinion you should go for it but you maybe missing out on portal.

Some of the games in the Orange Box are in the Valve complete pack. Nuff' said.

Yes buy it, especially in summer sale. Best $100 I've spent. got it for 50 bucks, when portal 2 comes out I assume it will add at least an extra 25 bucks.

Wait for portal 2 to be put on it, then buy it.
