Hey. Im using ZD soft Game recorder and the sound is normal but the picture is laggy. before it worket perfectly! here you can se on of my recording:

Use FRAPS, for one, and try defragging. Also, set it to be recording at a constant framerate, maybe 30-60.
Record to a secondary hard drive.

I had no lag what so ever in-game.
