That seems to me like the guy responsible for compiling the audio wanted to make a nice ending. Nearly everything else is brand new though.

Some of it sounds like reused sound files, but others don't. weird.

Judging of the quality of the map, it's most likely fake. This person probably maped from using the early concept artwork and made a fake background with edited sound files.

That's not the point, the audio is only only thing that matters. The background could simply be a placeholder, something EP3-looking to go with the audio. I've never heard the bit about suicide from Breen. They sound like there's new parts which have been hacked together.

This is definitely from Half-life 2. Not the episodes. It's just unused dialogue. As for the menu, definitely fan made. Valve would put Episode Three there instead of Episode III. It looks like it's based off of concept art.

This is as fake as a thousand fake dollars in a plastic safe with "Made in China" molded on it
