Okay, a long time ago I bought the trial demo CD at Gamestop for WoW. I didn't have the time to play so I just uninstalled. Now I want to play again but when I got the installer from the site, it stops at 7%. So I kept trying, and it still kept stopping. Then I tried using my trial disk. It quickly installed and then it asked if I already had an account. I clicked that and when I entered my info, it just downloaded an update and restarted. Then I tried again, and the same thing happened. Everytime I try to log-in, it downloads the update at the same speed as the previous. So I'm thinking it's downloading the same update. What should I do? I really want to play!
Blizz likes to add tons of little patches, so check the numbers on the patches see if they change.
I just want to know why nothing is going right
check firewalls, antivirus.
make sure nothing is blocking the connection
