I dont know if this is a bug or not, but when i click the button to preload portal 2, it finishes in literally less than a second. And when i view portal 2 under my games library, it still has the option to preload, but when i look at it in list view, it says that its done preloading. Is this a bug, and if so, what can I do to fix it?
Delete local content, redo the preload?

Try deleted the clientregistry.blob and restarting.
