From what I hear, every playthrough is [i][b] VERY [/b][/i] different. So sure, why not?
It's not really. The game only let's you make "choices" at very key points in the game. Which is still interesting but if you've seen a playthrough already, you've experienced 90% of the game anyways. Even if you fail all the QTE's you'll never die/lose or change any kind of outcome unless you happen to fail them at said key points.
