Can't Remember An Old RTS Moon War Game.

Anyways, It was probably made in 1995-2000, it had 3d graphics, but the gameplay was an RTS style chess, where in the battle parts the moon soldiers are fucking up other moon soldiers with jeeps and artillery, and you take over bases and fuck shit up with your massive tanks, it also had like a depressing black and white style while in the battle parts.
Also, just for shits that I won't need to create a new thread, there was also another game, it was a mech fuck shit up game, made in about the same year as the above, you controlled mechs and the first part of the game was on the moon or something.
