Hidden place in the duomo [AC2]

[Taipan]

Very minor spoilers.

There is a hidden place in the duomo you can acces during the tomb raid.
There is something lying there (you can see the twinkle)
And when you jump in the right direction you get a Hidden area discovered message.

I however cannot get to it.
Heres a pic of the situation:

There is a banner you cant pass trough or under.
There is also no way to reach the chandelier.
If annyone knows how to get there please tell.
(youtube has nothing about this btw)

I did hear something about being able to jump higher later?
