Every time I try to run the Faceposer, windows gives me an error window saying something about Faceposer not working and "it needs to close". I've tried running it on all the configurations I can think of and I've got most of the Valve games, so I assume those cofigurations should all work properly. I've also tried reinstalling it too many times to count, but still to no avail. I have no chance of making the machinima I want without SDK Faceposer - PLEASE HELP!

Not really. It happened to me before, but after I gave up and a month later installed Windows 7, I tried it and it just started working.
