Not much to say but Two Images and Two Teasers. As far as we know, it's not a zombie game, at least not for now, though it's pretty likely. We don't have much to go for but a youtube account(http://www.youtube.com/Thelastofus), a cryptic video and a clip from a BBC documentary. Interestingly enough the narration on said documentary goes about on a parasitic fungus: "Cordyceps unilateralis is a dangerous parasitic fungi that usually kills insects like ants. Once an ant is infected, others in the colony will carry the infected ant far away."
It seems Naughty Dog is developing it, the VGA reveal is below. I'll try and keep this OP updated as frequently as possible.

I'm hoping for a survival/adventure game in a world that was wiped out by the virus or whatever.
But please, god, no more zombies.
Look fairly interesting, although with this kind of marketing they get people hyped up and later on the game turns out to be mediocre. It looks like they go for viral marketing.

What is that last word in the subtitle? "feared dead or ___"
Nevermind, I can see it says "infected". It definitely seems like a zombie game.
If it is a zombie game, They better do it right.
No more zombie games with characters having an endless army of weapons, and the survivors mysteriously doesn't need to craft any weapons or armor, cause they do just fine with finding a random ammo pile in an apartment.
If they do a zombie game, please make it more like 28 Days Later in terms of emotion. Because I fear this will end up like Dead Island, great trailer, radically different game.
i would be happy if it had zombies, but most of them have died out due to most of the human population being dead.
If it is a zombie game, I hope they won't give us unlimited ammo, regenerative health, and the ability to kill swarms of infected as if you were stepping on an ant.
Wow, be sure to keep the OP updated, this could be interesting.
If it's a zombie game.
please no fucking "special mutated super zombies"
Can't we for once just have normal zombies?
I'm thinking this will take place in Texas/New Mexico area. Why, you ask?
On the newspaper picture, you can faintly read that it says Texas and New Mexico couldn't be quarantined.
I think it's a world wide thing.
But it's hard to see the relation of either crazy people trying to kill you or flesh eating zombies to an ant acting strangely and growing mushrooms out of it's head.
But if this is a zombie game I would like a better real open world experience with friends rather than Dead Islands three main map areas.
An actual zombie survival game. No "oh, I seem to be immune" or we have a plan trial and error but we will get out of here and survive. I would to like to see a more "realistic" RPG feel to the game. Like Project Zomboid but a little more simplified.

As much as I love zombies, I gotta agree with that, something completely different would be great.
I fucking love PS3 exclusives.
Don't know how trust worthy this source is but it's not a zombie game.

Judging from what I've seen it looks very interesting, but I'm not so sure if the full game will live up to my expectations.

Cordyceps unilateris suggests it's going to be zombies, as that fungi-parasite is the closest thing to real zombies. Not undead zombies, but in terms of altered behaviour that exists to spread the disease, yes.

its a zombie game
essentially
but yeah it seems to deal with a fungus parasite thing
hope they dont sacrifice cinematic for gameplay like uncharted 3
woop woop
i'm glad to hear Naughty Dog is developing this. everything they've done owns.
im very much looking forward to this now.

heh not only does the girl look like ellen page
her name's elly
These characters remind me of zoey and bill, They even more or less have the same color schemes.
I'm pleased that Naughty Dog is doing this; they are one of my favorite developers.
If it looks good, I may just sell my Xbox for a PS3. Was planning on it anyway. Gives me more of a reason.
Not really any point in having an Xbox right now, or in the foreseeable future aside from Halo 4. It would be better to just buy a PS3 in addition to the Xbox.
PS3 Exclusive?
Well, that just crushes my hopes of buying this game.
It's Naughty Dog, they can't fuck it up. They're like the Valve of console developers.
I believe I might try to get a PS3 along with an Xbox or sell my Xbox for a PS3. A lot of games I want to catch up on before this comes out.

Hey look, Ellen Page is in this game.
Wish I had a PS3. I'd love the play the Uncharted series and this game.

Like I am Legend?
I think it would be a good idea. I just hope this focuses less on shooting, role-playing and other and more on survival.
I also hope it's more desolate. Don't pull a Fallout:NV where entire cities with 100+ people are still hanging around.

Why would you even get Halo 4, unless your a madman or a huge fanboy.
I mean, I love the Halo games, but the series needed to end and Bungie knew that. (Which is a step up from most game developers)
Now Microsoft is just milking it, relying on the extremely loyal fanbase to make more money off of a title that has hardly changed since it's first release. If you actually love the Halo games and want to dot he series justice, don't buy Halo 4, 5, or 6. They'll probably suck anyways.
Made me sad when I saw fast zombies, but the overgrown city looks nice.
