I've been watching these awesome videos of people making their own character models, and I want to download them...the problem is that have the XBOX version of the game. Is there a way I can download mods on it?

The only possible "xbox game modding" I ever knew of when I had my xbox softmodded was Morrowind. But even then, only mods that didn't require new textures/models would work. I don't think it's possible with BF2 though.
I'll do some searching myself and see if it's possible. Thanks.

Does that cost...money? [editline]02:23AM[/editline] Okay, I found out that it IS possible, but it doesn't tell you how. Any ideas?
Does that cost...money?
Yeah. You need MechAssualt: Lone Wolf or the original Splinter Cell. Those games, if I recall, have exploitations that can be implemented into their save files that enables Linux to run off of them. This allows you to physically install a new dashboard / run cool apps and homebrew / backup games to your HD and run them / numerous other things. You also need an Action Replay to get the exploited save off the net. When I got mine softmodded about 4 years ago, it ran me all of 23 bucks. (20 for AA and 3 for Splinter Cell. + tax) But I still think you won't find anything about BF2 but a softmodded xbox is still nice to have. Like wii homebrew. :buddy:
Technically yes, but in reality no one would bother going through the trouble. Pick it for pc. The specs are not that high and it's probably cheap nowadays.
