I have decided to get into online play, but don't want to invest in another headset (I got the arcade version 2 years ago) and was wondering if I could use the headset I already have instead of, as I said, having to get a new headset just for the 360.
Apologize if this should be in a different section.
No, you can't, that headset doesn't have the right cord to plug into your 360 controller. I have a Turtle Beach headset that I can use for both PC and 360 gaming, it comes with cords that I plug into the controller and ones that I plug into the audio outlets on my TV so that I can listen to the game through the headset. It's really nice for games like Search and Destroy on MW2 to be able to hear where someone is coming from.

It may be in the tired stupor I'm in but I rememberd that I'm using my speakers for the sound, which are plugged into my monitor.... so I could just plug my headset into the monitor :sweatdrop:
So I'll try and bribe my friend into giving me his headset, he doesn't use it anyways.
This thread is now done. If a mod could lock it, I would greatly appreciate it.
If you are after a headset and you play MW2 like lil_n00blett said you should invest in a pair of turtlebeach's

Works damn awesome. Apologize if page stretched.
Here's my Turtle Beach set-up when I'm using it with my 360:

I'm just going to turn this into my own personal "360 question" thread.
I'm looking into capture cards, does anyone have any experience/suggestions?

I think I remember a friend of mine hooking his 360 up to his computer and recording with Fraps.
