What if Half Life 1 was made into a movie? - Games

What do you think it should be like? Should it be action or story based? Who should make it? Personally, I believe it should be story-oriented, and from the perspective of a group of scientists trying to escape Black Mesa, like Walter Bennett or someone.

I remember reading somewhere that Quentin Tarantino wanted to make a Half-Life movie, can't remember where though.

It would be nice to see Half-Life shed it's 90's look and get REAL LIFE GRAPHICS QUALITY.

It would have to be masterfully done, all in first person perspective.

Maybe a scene before the incident where Eli or Azian shows Gordon baby Alyx, and Alyx really likes playing with him or something, as something that makes those who played the entire series smile both from remembering and cute.

Would be awesome if done right. Like in the boring, unimportant parts where nothing exciting is happening, the movie could shit plots to, say, Blue shift. And when it reached a boring part in that plot, it would go over to Op4 or, back to Gordon. Since the games have the same story different view, it would tie in perfect. One question is: who could they find that is sexy and awesome enough to play Gordon? Also, i dont think a HL2 story would work, because it only has one view: Gordon. it would get boring just watching gordon, by himself, not saying anything.
