Metroid Prime 1, fight against Metroid Essence.
Metroid Fusion, fight against Samux-X.
Persona 4, fight against Izanami-no-Okami.
Any Legend of Zelda game on 3D Consoles.

I must confess the final chases in call of duty 4 and MW2 were intense. But by far my favorite last stage was trouble in the chapter keep from dawn of war 2 chaos rising that or the final chapter of metal gear solid 4 maybe suicide mission from ME2 as well

I think Farcry's 2 ending was pretty badass.

Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II - Chaos Rising (last battle against The Great Unclean One)
Halo: Combat Evolved (escaping with the Warthog in the Pillar of Autumn)
Half-Life 2: Episode Two (last level, defending the launching silo)

And Kingdom Hearts 358/2 days. It's just the let out some steam by being relatively easy and connecting the game to the start of Kingdom Hearts II. Also, dual wield keyblades.

Holy fuck, I loved Monster-Ock. Effectively, it's you escaping from Doctor Octopus's exploding laboratory, while Doc Ock has merged with Carnage and is now chasing you. In the end, [sp]The Avengers save you, and all the villains go to jail,[/sp] where they all play poker. Except for Rhino, he's too much of a dumbshit to play it.
