G-Mod = Random crashing?

Hi. I've been playing around with G-Mod lately and whenever I mess around with the face editor for ragdolls or something related to morphing, the game will randomly crash and shut down my computer. It's pretty annoying and I have no idea if there is a fix, has anyone had any problems like this?
