Lag in all servers of BC2?

I would have posted this in the Battlefield forums, but for whatever (shitty) reason it was removed.

I am having trouble in almost every server I play of Battlefield Bad Company 2 which is that I lag. A lot.

On the scoreboard the game shows my ping as 130 which would normally be absolutely fine, but it plays as if I had pings of 500+, and it is very fucking annoying. I often cannot run through doors, because I am constantly being pulled back as I run. Because I am being pulled back all of the time it makes my running speed about 1/3 of the default speed. I also have a hard time changing weapons, I will press the key for my pistol for example but nothing will happen, often getting me killed. And lastly, it is hard to shoot enemies when they are jumping around and teleporting everywhere..

On the server browser my pings usually show around 30-100 averaging around 45. When I'm playing it jumps to around one hundred more than in the server browser (avg. 120~), but as I said before, it is like I am playing in a game with over 500 ping.

What can I do to stop it? I've already opened all the ports BC2 uses but it didn't help. I love this game but this fucking cunt of a lag makes it a bitch to play!

Also I think it is worth saying that it is [b]only[/b] BC2 that I have this atrocious lag in. All other online games play perfectly fine.

Funny, because I usually have something like 190 ping and i'm not lagging at all.

i find it weird too,but not for the same reasons
for example,i got to a server with a latency of 50
i get there and everyone has around 300 of ping
i look at mine and i got 100
wtf?
so i leave and i see a server located right where i live and it has 150 of latency
i have 300 and everyone else has 50
.....
i join a server with 300 of latency
EVERYONE HAS AROUND 50

Maybe your hardware isn't good enough for the game. Very graphically demanding, it is.

4GB DDR3 RAM @ 1333MHz
CrossfireX ATi 5770s
Win 7 x64

I run the game at the highest maximum graphics and V-Sync and it never really dips under 50~
