Ok, ever since the first Ratchet and Clank came out, it was been one of my favorite game series of all time.
This thread is simple, post your favorite and explain why!
My favorite has got to be Going Commando. It had all the good stuff from the original and then added a shit-ton more like armor, the ability to level up weapons and even your wrench, free roaming rpg aspects were also included. For me, this game set me on buying every game in the series because it added so much to the gameplay value.

Going Commando was easily my favorite, with Up Your Arsenal following it closely.
The first one was great as well, but honestly I don't think it even compares to the second and third.
Don't even talk about the 4th one - too easy, no Clank (with you, at least), overall an iffy game.
Haven't played beyond the 4th.
I remember playing the first one.
I loved the level where you met clank's mom.

Going Commando was great, but the PS3 ones were worthy successors.

Going Commando was definitely my favorite, and the first game is in second place.
Deadlocked.
Second and third were the best.
I never liked deadlock.
Third was my favorite.

Going Commando. Up Your Arsenal is great but it's too short. deadlocked was too easy
The second one. "Going Commando" But the 1st one was also great fun.
The first one is easily my favourite mostly due to nostalgia value, every time I play it I realise how amazing it was the first time I played it. As games, I love the first three equally, Deadlocked wasn't bad but way too different, Size Matters was the biggest steaming pile of shit I have ever played and it raped the fuck out of the canon and all the characters' personalitys, the new ones aren't bad and the next-gen graphics are a nice touch but there's something about it that doesn't make them quite as good as the originals.
I liked the third one, never played Going Commando though.
I only played the one that was available on the ps2, it was awesome. Don't remember the name tho.

IMO the PS3 version seemed to appeal to the kiddies more, I felt they stepped back alot in the storyline. After Deadlocked I would have expected Ratchet and Clank to become space cowboys, the intergalactic version of Sam and Max. :clint:
But alas it seems like the series started all over again. :frown:

That's a good thing. Gladiator as it's called here was so horribly different from the brilliant charm of the first three, Size Matters even worse, being the only game I have ever truly hated. Keep in mind the first game is my second favourite game of all time. Tools of Destruction really made up for those mistakes.
I have Locked and loaded on the ps2. No idea what one that is though.
I have all 3 on the PS3 though. Quest for booty was pretty awesome. I would say a crack in time is my favourite simply because of all the different stuff in it.

Going Commando was amazing. It was pretty damn atmospheric too, it had some really cool levels. And the guns were the best in that game, starting with the 3rd they started getting a little over the top.

The singleplayer was just fucking awesome, and the Multiplayer was a blast. Great game.
Up Your Arsenal, followed by the PS3 one where you had that gun that made enemies dance.
