If anyone can figure this out... I'd be amazed because my description is going to be very horrible unfortunately. I can't remember the game but I remember playing it a while back.
It's pretty much like the game "Falling Sand" but has simple element names like "Rigid" "Bouncy" "Water"... and much more. It also didn't look completely like Falling Sand. It looked more cartoony and less particle-ly.
If anyone could figure this out I would be very happy.
