On Newgrounds, there's a game called Upgrade Complete 2, and there's a screamer inside the game. If you upgrade the heart rate, it will show a screamer flashing inverted colors. Don't ban me, admins - I searched for a Newgrounds thread and there was none, so I just put it here. I just wanted to warn people who play on Newgrounds regularly.
TL;DR: Don't play the Newgrounds game called Upgrade Complete 2. A screamer will pop up if you upgrade the heart rate.
