So, the guys in Realtime Worlds(Creators of Crackdown and APB) just had a new idea. "Hey, let's make a new game even though the game we just released is filled with bugs and broken gameplay and take forever to release patches for it."

Well, i think the best way to explain it would be to quote from the creators themselves:

They haven't release any other information yet except for a few screenshots and a video, but so far, it looks like some kind of map in which you can select anywhere in the world and buy some propriety and then build houses and stores or just fuck around.

Oh, yeah, and you can drive your way around the city. Or fly around in a plane. Or go fishing.
