In case you don't know already, [I]Ventlegille[/I] was a somewhat popular creative megabuild server exclusively for Facepunch members. It died due to a lack of interest/activity and from what I've seen because [I]everything was griefed[/I]. We made efforts to rebuild most of Ventlegille, but a lot still remains damaged. If you want to repair things or build new things, we're always grateful. If you build something, or know about something that's been recently repaired, please make a page on our wiki ([url]http://wiki.xpbuild.com[/url]). This is basically a history book for VG where you will be able to (hopefully) see what people have made without being on the server. We also have a plot-based creative world where you can secure a 75x75 flat spot for you and your mates.

I love you for this, Ventlegille was incredible. I can continue my Mage's Tower and actually show it to other people!

Hmm, I may just join this now. I was always thinking about it before, but when the server died and everything got griefed I didn't even get a chance.

Even the griefers thought it was too awesome to destroy.

To be fair, the Wizard's tower was completely untouched, it's more a matter of distance than anything.

Nothing I've built could come close to it, so well done :v:

So tonight I did some patching up on a few roads and walls of various buildings (National Park, Wooden Castle-ish building near huge enderstone collusseum) and removed a lot of water blocking the roads in the Ventlegille Swamp. I also fixed some stuff in the prison.

If the other one is the one I'm thinking of, it looks really nice and I think someone fixed it up to make it look perfect :suicide: It's still one of the best things I've seen though.

If they've 'fixed it up', I can disorder it again, don't worry.

We're back from maintenance now. Lag should be gone, also for anyone who uses the plot creative world you can use /head and /item now.

This place needs more activity guys. We're getting the repairs done slowly but surely and getting some more additions to the city would be amazing.

Nowadays, it seems to be inhabited by a bunch of Redditors, which doesn't exactly fulfill the gap left by the departure of Facepunch. The amount of shit before people's name also bothers me. There are of course a few idiots on the server but if we got rid of them we'd have no players at all. If the way someone types bothers you then just /ignore them. Everything in the name is essential for towny I assure you. [Channel][World][Town|Nation] Title Forename Surname We could possibly drop World, Title and Surname but that's unlikely considering mostly everyone who plays Towny on here has nothing bad to say about it. I don't really like the length of chat either, though.
