I'm an idiot, and cannot find a program to properly take screenshots in GTA 4 in full screen.
I've tried Fraps, but it makes the pictures much darker.
I also have the ENB Series mod, which may be causing it, but I'm not sure.

I use Fraps but not ENBseries, and mine turn out just fine. Perhaps it's just ENBseries. Try take a few without it?
Yeah I'm pretty sure it's ENB.
