Has anyone got it to work really? I've been fiddling around with [url=http://nyerguds.arsaneus-design.com/cnc95upd/cc95p106/]nyerguds 64bit installation versions[/url] but I keep freezing ingame as soon as my cursor changes (All I know it's cursor related, because it plays fine as long as I don't move it)
An option might be to just get a windows 95/98 installation on virtual PC, but it works for others, why won't it for me.
tl;dr C&C freezes ingame when I move the cursor.
Run it in compatibility mode.
No dice :/
Edit: I don't think DosBox works for this, unless I want the really old crappy dos version.

Windows 7 is awesome like that.
Next problem, can I get the fucked up colours fixed?
Run it in Windows 98 Compatability.
I am right now. And in 256 colours mode.
But my cursor and the health bars are still blue.

try to kill explorer exe and run it, worked for me when I tried to run AoE2.

Ugh, I've had to force shutdown my laptop twice because C&C completely locked up.
Shedding manly tears because I can't play this awesome game.
