Final Fantasy 3DS will you buy it if its a new FFVII game?

I know that some of you love both Final Fantasy VII and rest of Final Fantasy and some of you only care for Final Fantasy VII

I've been looking around Online and theres pretty much a love/hate thing for this Final Fantasy 3DS Nintendo to be a Final Fantasy VII game (new game or remake)

and I pretty much ask will you buy this game if its a Final Fantasy VII New or Remake of the 1997 PS1 Classic

This. They've been remaking the FF games since FF3 on the DS. They still have to do 5 and 6, so I can't wait for it. I fucking love FF6

FF7 is a great game but way too overrated. Every other FF game is just as good.

On topic though, while I personally would not buy it, the sad reality is that such a remake is pretty much bound to happen at some point. They have already proven that people will buy re-releases at full price with minimum new content(I bought Final Fantasy Chronicles myself when it was new), so its more so a question of "when" rather than "if".
