Haven't seen a thread for this game in the last 10 pages, so I figured it needed one.
Primal Carnage is developed by Lukewarm media, an indie developer that seems to get sponsors from everywhere to develop their game. The game runs on the Unreal 3 engine.

I played it at PAX East, was fun as fuck, they had 10 machines set up, and there were always plenty of people there. It was fun as shit, I can't wait for the game.

I admit the gameplay does look a bit messy judging from the trailers. Hope they'll introduce some good gamemodes to spice things up.
Let's just sign up for the beta and see where it goes from there. Betas are the new demos.

That game was awesome though.
You could fucking punch dinosaurs to death.
And DDD apparently has improved with age; no longer broken from what I've heard. Also, Kamikaze Compies.
I think playing as a hapless human trying to kill off giant scary dinosaurs would be a terrifying and fucking awesome experience

I played that game when I was like 8 years old. Shit was scary. Really. Scary. I wanted my brother to play it because it was like playing, but a bit less scary. Still scary enough for the cover to make me shiver... Not anymore, I don't have it anymore.

Actually, I got it when it was rather new, so I was like 5 or 6 at that time.
I was too young and stupid when I got that so I never got far enough to see a single dinosaur.
I didn't have a Playstation so I missed out on Dino Crisis.
Made up for it with the time spend playing Turok Dinosaur Hunter.
Dino crisis is like resident evil though.
Been following for a long time, but I believe my beta submission was a little sappy. I don't think I could intelligently play as a dinosaur though, any time there's a normal team and a "special team" I never seem to get a decent grasp of an effective play style of the unique team.
I really like this idea, I donated to get the beta back in 2010, iirc.
However, I'm really dissapointed in the quality of the forums (at least the management) for Primal Carnage.
