If any one could tell me how to spawn Arial Faith plates it would be very nice.

oh, and the aerial faith plate model is not the faith plate itself, the model is a prop_dynamic set to animate whenever a trigger_something was activated

they are custom configured in hammer, not all plates fling you at the same angle in the game
