Half-Life 2: Episode Two Missing Textures and game crash

So, I recently updated HL2 EP2 to SteamPipe (Because I was missing Alyx's voice at the start) And now, when I open the game, there's a bunch of missing textures in the area near the Gravity Gun... And the game crashes once Alyx opens the train door.

Anyone else having this problem, and how to fix it?

Delete your EP2 folder and reinstall.

I had the Alyx glitch at first, and uninstalling the Steampipe version didn't fix it. Make sure you delete both the folders "common/Half-Life 2/ep2" and "username/half-life 2 episode two" before reinstalling. If you have both.
