4)PM - CubeMan, Fernando to get into CAPSALOT. We are part of the Rebel Alliance which forms some of the best people in game.

Former CAPSALOT is dead, No FP'ers remain there and it is apparently under ownership of another player. Founded by FP'ers and had constant Facepunch members living inside as they founded additional FP deeds. Possibly the most original deed creation on Wurm Online.

Current CAPSALOT is under construction, It is a 51x51 deed (Extremely fucking huge). And can easily house well over 20-30 players with the current (21x21) plan. We will also have additional housing planned soon if need be.
When you join you'll be setup with armor and weapon thats actually useful. Given told how to get 70FS and be ready for PVP if your interested, Otherwise we can get you setup with crafting tools as well.

Aww man, i thought it was time for another invasion. I vote we just make another Pristine invasion, that way we don't block off half the Facepunch players. Let's be honest, Facepunchers won't partake in PvP, and really have to business being there. We've got guys from JK, MR and HotS on facepunch, and to be fair to all of us we'd need to do an invasion independent of epic to get as many people playing as possible. I consider myself a senior-ish player. I've done every invasion since Blood Gulch and have played with other faepunchers after the main towns have failed. Our main problem is keeping interest, and one of the best ways to do that is to have more people. I vote we do a facepunch wide invasion of Pristine or Release on a certain date (Next week?) with plenty of opportunity for people to join.
I always wanted to enjoy this game but never got into it.
The JK home deed is being moved due to the JK coastguard deciding to visit often and the mayor of the place having completely lost his mind.
A few people moved to "The Wall" including Sob in the OP and Kelvar to set up a separate place.
I've been waiting, so very long for this.
A raider at the old town found a stash of 4000 rye in a FSB.
He raised his HFC by 40 levels when he was there, and left a note saying "thanks for the skill".
Luckily I had already sold that stuff to the mayor, so I didn't lose anything.

Tirith was settled twice; once after the golden valley invasion, and after the invasion in the old 4chan site (this invasion took place directly after the 1st tirith.). thats all I can quite remember.

The Camelot townspeople (minus the mayor and his lapdog) moved to "The Wall". It's a pretty decent place for grinding, it's well fortified and secluded, plus good hunting nearby for FS.
If anybody is interested in visiting, drop Sobotnik, Heboric, Rhianna, or Briel a pm or something.
Again, besides the fact that JK is gay as hell, i think another Pristine Invasion should have the go ahead. The best parts in Wurm are the scrambled and frantic first few weeks of a new town, then normally the older plays stick around and then leave. Pristine is free, so you will get more players too. I would love to have some other Facepunch vets weighing in on this matter. I've been playing since the second blood gulch, so its not as if i don't know how these things work.
I still think that if we ever have an invasion again, we shouldn't build anything too permanent, because the main reason people leave is the stagnation of events. If the invasions were more nomadic, people would be interested for longer.

From what i remember, we had some old invasions on JK home. We then moved over to Golden Valley to start the first Minges Tirith. The invasion after that was our largest, the second blood gultch. That was my first Facepunch city and the second Minges Trith. After that freedom opened up. If i recall, our first city was Mingapore on Elysian bay. I think there was an attempt of another Minges Tirith, followed by yet another invasion at Mingapore. I missed the second Mingapore one for some reason. After that we had a Chaos Invasion at someplace. I remembered i'm still KOS'd by some JK deed because i stole something apparently. I think it was New Pripyat. A few months after that we flew into the glorious Epic sun, and planted ourselves firmly in Affliction. There was a town, or an attempted that never got off the ground. Our most recent was the Glorious Somalia. We built a Knarr, stared a war with some cunts next door, got KOS'd for stealing shit, built walls, Killed that fucker Gmantwelve and other shenanigans. Felt like Golden valley again. But then the good times were over, everyone left, and most of the veterans returned to Elevation. I tagged along and pissed around DSC with some guys, but stopped after i go raped by Eaglespirits more then once. That is most of the history i can remember, if anyone wants to add anything, it'd be appreciated.

The start of school kills a lot of people off, it does for me.
Was hoping it was about time for another free island invasion and have another witty village name. Last one was quite fun (Pirate Bay I think?). Especially with the constant snake attacks. Hell I still remember the one back on Golden Valley.

Seems nothing is going to happen this summer, i'm suggesting putting it on the self until December.

Anyway i was thinking about organising something in the summer. As others said before PvP servers are just not for FP as nobody grinds their skill and just makes a crapton of enemies. Pristine/release would be great but its not as established and tools are harder to come by plus most of us would have to re grind their skills. Exodus would be a good choice if we do something mainly because theres a lot of free space there as well as lots of animals to hunt. I can also help with a lot of tools, i can make 90ql chain armour and 80ql tools. If we can get enough people together im in for another invasion.
I am currently on chaos and if any of you are interested in playing serious in a tight community and or want to do some light pvp etc... hit me up. We have our own PMK with tabards, flags and other stuff, and could gear you up for pvp and teach you the basics. I could get you in but if you are going to quit after 2-3 weeks dont bother.

I really love all the shenanigans that go on during the wurm invasions, but dammit it's a huge timesink which makes it really hard to play when you have a lot of other things going on. Not sure if I'd really have the time to play if another invasion happened...
