I want a Good Stalker mod

I haven't posted in a while so I'm sorry if I wasn't supposed to post this here.

Anyway, I am looking for a good Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl mod. Something that has everything I'm looking for in it like : Better Textures, New Guns, New Skins for Characters, Better Particles, and so on.

If someone could give me a link and some intructions on instillation I would be a very happy gamer :)
