I'm currently looking at my steam games list, and I spot two Counter-Strike: Source games, but one says Beta in it which is the one that's currently not installed.
I thought Beta was already implemented on the normal CS:S. From what I'm seeing, they both have achievements so I'm assuming they're the same thing, or am I wrong?
I honestly can't be stuffed installing the Beta one just to see the difference, if they were the same, I'd have to uninstall one of them anyway which seems like a waste of time.
So, can someone clarify if they're the same games or different, and how is it different?
BETA is the developer playground as in, they add features and the community tries them out and gives them reviews, normally if all things are good it's released on CS:S a week later.
Are you still able to play normal matches and games in BETA?
