Also HL2 Episode 3 is listed in this list of Gamestop game releases. Not sure if accurate but this list was made before the puzzle started.

All together the speculation is HL2: EP3 will be released on Saturday for PC, Including the Summer Sale.

You missed the part where HL2 updated and changed it to Korean, even for non-Korean users.

Even if it's not HL3, that could be something else.
If that is the case, it's a really shit move on Valve's part. I mean it genuinely feels a little bit cruel that they'd bait us like that
The Surgeon Simulator 2013 developers have confirmed that this ARG is not related to any valve games or any other studios. All of the major heads at valve, including Gabe Newell and Marc Laidlaw (main writer at valve) have also explicitly stated that they have no knowledge of this ARG. This is all straight from their mouths.
This doesn't mean that this ISN'T an ARG, it just means it's an ARG for Surgeon Simulator 2013 by the developers, it has nothing to do with valve aside from being found on the medic statue. Do people seriously not care about this ARG just because it's not about half life?
