So I put the "upgrade" version over my old Smod Tactical?
Just yesterday I installed Delta 4 with a lot of trouble. It seems I had to install normal smod without and patch and THEN the delta. Oh well. Who cares.

I'm getting 140KB/s. I am sad. ..:(
