I'm asking this to anyone that tried the beta.
Is it worth buying?
It's my birthday in October and i would either get New Vegas (i loved FO3) or Medal of Honor (I love BC2)
So,is the MP worth it?

I've heard terrible things about the multiplayer from pretty much everyone, the problem seems to be that it's a combination of Bad Company 2 and Call of Duty but does neither of them right.

What? What a horrible comparison, if that even was one. They are two totally different games...
I would just rent it. The multiplayer beta was a piece of shit, but the singleplayer looks interesting.
I have played the beta, and I can say a few things:
1) Its a mix between BC2 and MW2 gamemodes, with BC2 style with [B]pointstreaks[/B]
2) The point streaks allow you to choose between a defensive killstreak or offensive, which I found quite balanced, actually... until I had like a 20+ killstreak in one spot...
3) If you like sniping, you will have a hard time starting. You start with a red dot sight.
4) There is a leveling system like BC2, which is quite good.
I can't exactly remember much more... I didn't play it too much, but what I did play, I had good fun.
I tried the beta, it's basically Bad Company 2 and Modern Warfare 2 mixed together. Honestly, I don't understand how 3 games from 2 different developers could be so similar.
hmm....so New Vegas it is then....

I didn't enjoy the multiplayer at all. Maybe the singleplayer is decent though.
Multiplayer was MW2 on frostbite engine. I'll rent a console one for the SP maybe.
Buy new vegas, rent MoH. The single player looks fun, the beta sucked, but then again, the beta came out a few months ago and the release date is still a ways away. it will be worth a rent.
New Vegas will most likely be a far better game than Modern Warfare Clone #282, and with the inevitable slew of mods for it you'll probably be entertained for longer than MoH. If you really want the MoH experience though, just replay BC2 and MW2.

I only saw one bug two times.
Beta was decent but I wouldn't pay money for it. The SP campaign still looks interesting though
