Ok Many of you know there are two Call of Duty developers Treyarch and Infinity Ward I personally hate the idea of this being a new game out every year and made by different developers annoys me anyways I recently found out that Activision is bring another developer to cod Sledge Hammer Games.
Post your thoughts what you think about a third developer and who do you think is better Infinity Ward or Treyarch.

I think that all of these games are shit and that I am not going to be buying another CoD game, regardless of the developer.
Late news. After Modern Warfare 3 comes out Infinity Word is being taken out of the picture if I remember correctly. I really only might buy the ones by Treyarch because they're a good studio but Activision is just killing the franchise.

Yea I sold MW2 but I still play CoD WaW every once and awhile.
Funny how almost a year later everyone is still mad about MW2 and say shit about it. If it was a truly bad game like you all make it out to be, you would have shut up about 8 months ago. Yet you're still whinging to this day.

I don't recall wining about it I said I sold it because I disliked it and I don't think I am buying anything Infinity Ward makes again.
MW2 is not a terrible game. It's just incredible overrated. I admit I have had a lot of fun on spec ops and story mode.

How late exactly just so I know how much of an ass I have made my self.
I didn't like World at War because Treyarch made it. (I wouldn't even say they made it, they just reskinned CoD4) And I probably won't like Black Ops because it'll probably just be another reskin.
Activision recognized something good and ran it into the ground.

COD4 was good, so why fix what isn't broken? World at War reminds me of COD2, with the graphics of COD4. That is all I need.
What's with everyone stopping using PERIODS and COMAS in their sentences?
CoD2 was the last Call of Duty game. CoD3 was a shitfest, CoD4 is now MW1. CoD5 was also a shitfest, and CoD6 is now MW2.
Ended the series on a good note, CoD2 was the best one in the series and all others can go chug rod

I liked the last treyarch CoD more than I liked the last Infinity ward game. I don't hate MW2 that much as a game, it's fun from time to time despite being completely unbalanced, but the main reason I've stopped playing it is because it took ages to get games through the stupid matchmaking system.
As the Black Ops has dedicated servers... I'm not sure, we'll see how good it is.
you can all bitch and whine all you want. activion were smart. they found a game that people enjoy and made sequel after sequel after sequel because [b]people kept buying it[/b]. when modern warfare was in development, it was perfect for sales because it was really the only modern shoot-em-up FPS where players got to kill terrorists in the middle east and the only reason MW took off was because it was under the COD name.
MW was a success and consumers bought MW2 just because of the title. If you named it something else it would have never left the ground.
TLDR activision are geniuses and you're all idiots for buying their games in the first place

Well we might of stopped if they dropped the price. A game shouldn't be $59.99 after 8 months. And it shouldn't even be $59.99 on PC.
BC2 even dropped their price, and that game is 10x better.
I had fun with MW2. Granted, Activision needs to get their shit together, but the game was still fun.
i think i'm the only one on the planet who still plays MW2 consistently, i actually really enjoy it.
Some people enjoy MW2, Some don't.

I like treyarch Yea they kinda reskined CoD4 but they made a lot of things better. But all these CoD's is an example if you don't give people time to make their game and give them a deadline.

Hopefully they do it with a PC port if they do the 256 player thing. Because then the game can function properly unlike MAG on the PS3.

I agree, it was fun and addictive, but it was very very silly compared to the earlier CoD1, CoD2 and CoD4 for example.
