Where would the cheapest place to buy a 360 be?

I would check, but I'm capped, just the normal consoles, I want to get the cheapest ones...
Not the elites, just standard ones, I live in melbourne, australia, I would look, but I'm capped to 5kb/s and some sites don't even load, and I don't care what place either, Cash Converters, EB Games, whatever.
P.S. I can't buy online.
