My new project. (Includes images and daily updates!) - Games

Hello guys. A few of you may have seen me around the Minecraft MT before, and other threads too. Well I'm an avid minecraft fan, and I wanted to create a big project. So, armed to the teeth with my own server, countless supplies and a good friend, the project has begun! A plan on making a large, realistic sized city. So in other words, BIG AS FUCK. I will update this once a day with updates in either picture of video form, depending on how big the update is. This is the map I will be using for the city's layout: [b]TO BE ADDED[/B] So, without further ado, I shall begin! [b] Day 1[/b] Started the basic roads, including Cul-De-Sac (dead End), corners, intersections etc. Also added pavement and necessary white stripes. Laid out plans for several buildings. This is the commercial area, meaning lots of offices and stores. First office block built. It is three stories. Began digging out of the park, and we're about to add water as necessary. Is this with inventory editing, or are you gathering resources by hand? If so, please post some pics of your dig operation, I want to see how people to serious big scale gathering.

This is with inventory editing, I couldn't imagine the pain of being able to create a full city without it.

Please can you add me to the file? I'd love to help on a big project like this, Also the building looks good, however is the city going to be endless rows of repetative buildings like that, or different styles?

The area we are completing at the moment is the business area, which is office buildings, skyscrapers and stores. Off that we are going to have a residential area filled with houses, flats & bungalows and in the other direction we will have buildings for public service such as a police station, prison and hospital.
