Is it worth buying? From what I have seen this is just the free version with a few new levels added and the replayability of the original was pretty low

The left kidney from your perspective is fucking impossible to grab. I've failed that operation three times now because I couldn't grab it for the life of me. Time to attempt scooping it out with the spoon.

The stomach is impossible to severe, and the man's sternum is made of adamantium. It took like 10 hammer blows to get it!

How the hell do I get the intestines out of the way in the Kidney surgery? I've tried everything, and all it does it cause him to bleed out even more.

So the game lags like hell during the ambulance operations for me, but is fine during normal operations

Cool things I've found so far: Nigel's watch shows your computer's time in 24 hours while the radio shows the time in 12 hours The keyboard in the main menu has the developers info on the bottom of it The pill bottle has a strange description on it You can write on the notepad with the pen One of the achievements is a Meet the Medic reference If you stick a scalpel into the electrical socket... well you can guess what happens The phone number on the post-it note is actually the games release date The radio model's name is the NIGE-E Written on the pencil is"NGL 2013"

It lags like hell until I get the towel off, then it's smooth sailing. Ambulance is unplayable for me though. Funny, but I can't play with it. The laser unhooked itself and started slicing up my patient's head. Flying tools took quite a bit of blood too.

These guys should make a cooking simulator or something like that

Couple of the calls you get make reference to Nigel either tracking blood everywhere in his apartment or coming home in blood stained clothes. Pretty hard to hear some of the calls though on account of the fact that the whole thing usually goes over the desk and the radio drowns it out.

Steam Workshop would work great for this.

Brain surgery is a laugh. I get the skull off of the brain, and then it's like... well, okay, I have to get the brain out somehow. I jokingly tried tugging that sucker till it came out of the brain socket and it fucking worked.

Very carefully got A++ on the 1st heart transplant. I've been trying to to do the tripping and electrocuted achievements, but something goes wrong at the very end, me dropping the brain.
