Sims With a catch... - Games

WHAT THE HELL!? They're making a sims... But get this; in Medieval times. What? Doesn't it have violence? Last I recall medieval times were very violent, how in god's name is it going to be a children's game anymore. I mean seriously, good god. Did you honestly just do that EA?! You made Cthulu Look so normal, he looks like a fucking REPUBLICAN. What the fuck are you on about? how are they going to make it a childrens game because its set in medieval times and those times were violent? Lmao . Because all we do today is hug and play i-spy . uhh It's nice to see they're doing something new with the series other than rehashing the same add ons for each subsequent release.

I've never really been a fan of the Sims series but I think I might actually enjoy something like this if done right.

I really don't think this needs to be part of the Sims franchise, you could've called it SimCastle or something and it would've worked just fine. It looks like something that should be judged on it's own merit rather than compared to The Sims. Maxis/EA probably called it that because it'd make more money putting it in The Sims franchise than just making it a "Sim_____" game. That and Maxis hardly seems to care about anything that isn't either The Sims or Spore nowadays. Maxis has really gone downhill since Sim City 4.

I actually kind fo like the idea of medieval sims. All it needs is combat with dismemberment and stuff and not so dumbed down for 12-year old girls.

Well in the other sims games you could walk around naked, have sex, die by multiple ways, light on fire, and ect. I don't see why they shouldent have combat in this because it would be pretty lame if you make a whole room full of weapons and armor only to use them for decoration.

Looks a bit odd, but to be honest the graphics do look improved... Or at least the clothes are more detailed.
