sv_cheats is set to one whenever i start up half life or portal. If i change it to 0, it goes back to 1 next time i load. I reset my achivments and want to get them back but it doesn't work. How do i stop this from happening.
Btw: the only addons i have is slow-mo/freeze addon.

Both those addons require sv_cheats to be 1 to work and will force it, likely through autoexec.
